The following are the terms and conditions of doing business with techaccess.ecrater.com :Return Policy:
a.) Any used item purchased from techaccess.ecrater.com may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Items may be returned for cosmetic, functional, or any other related issues. The buyer is responsible to ship the unit back to us before a cash refund may be issued.
b.) Any new item purchased from techaccess.ecrater.com may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for any reason. The buyer is responsible to ship the unit back to us.
c.) Any item with AS-IS in the DESCRIPTION may not be returned for any reason what so ever.
d.) The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Shipping:
a.) Techaccess.ecrater.com uses the United States Postal service to ship our items.
b.) Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after the date of purchase, tracking numbers will be e-mailed to the buyer promptly.
c.) All items ship from Frontier, MI, 49239 (Michigan-Ohio-Indiana border).
d.) All items are packaged with love and care to prevent damage.
Security, SSL, and Encryption:
a.) The shopping cart at techaccess.ecrater.com is SSL secured and encrypted thanks to the ecrater.com shopping cart.
b.) Techaccess.ecrater.com does not or will not distribute any customer information such as name, phone number, address, e-mail, or phone number for solicitation to any entity, organization, or individual. Your customer information is used for the sole purpose of conducting business with you.
Our Electronics Testing Procedure and Guarantee:
a.) Each electronic device we offer including laptop & computer parts are tested by experienced technicians who document the results.
b.) Test results are accurately documented in the description of each item offered by techaccess.ecrater.com.
